The watercolour pad Da Capo 300 g/m² is a high-quality artist pad of the Reflex® Galleryline.
Reflex® Galleryline watercolour pads meet professional demands. The different pad designs in three formats (170 x 240 mm / 240 x 320 mm / 300 x 400 mm) and two additional grammages Watercolour Pad Da Capo 220 g/m² and Watercolour Pad Da Capo 165 g/m² offer the right painting surface for every watercolour application.
The watercolour pad Da Capo 300 is equipped with high-quality 300 g/m² watercolour paper (12 sheets, sized on 2 sides) in study quality. The felt-marked, extra-rough surface convinces with a slightly grainy paper grain, which effectively loosens up every work. The underside of the watercolour paper is less structured and rather smooth. Both sides are pleasant to paint on and allow the artist to work in a variety of ways.
The natural white premium watercolour paper is made of 100% cellulose in Germany. It is resistant to light and ageing (no yellowing) and an effective stage for watercolour painting. At the same time, the watercolour pad Da Capo convinces with a very good price-performance ratio.
In addition to classic watercolours, a wide range of pens and colours can be used on the artist's pad. This creates great flexibility for mixed media art and combinations of wet and dry techniques. The material is suitable for gouache, tempera and oil pastels, among others. Graphite and coloured pencils, red chalk, charcoal and chalk also work well. In addition to watercolour pencils, watercolourable wax pastels and watercolourable brush pens can also be used very well on the Da Capo watercolour pad. The smoother back of the watercolour paper can also be written on with more sensitive brush pens.
