Questions & Answers
We are trying to make your shopping experience in our online shop as pleasant as possible. That is why we are continuously working on the design and layout of the shop. Our customers should be able to find and order the products they are looking for as quickly as possible.
We have listed some tips and Frequently Asked Questions that may help you whilst shopping:
Product availability:
Our online shop has been configured to display products only when they are immediately available. The quantity entered in the shopping cart is compared with our stock. You will receive immediate feedback if the required quantity can be supplied. This is to ensure that you will receive your products within the specified delivery period of 1 - 4 days (within Germany).
What do I do if a product is out of stock or not available in the requested quantity?
Please contact us by phone or email if a product is currently out of stock. We can then tell you an estimated delivery date. If you are happy with that delivery time, you can order there and then.
If your product is no longer being produced or has been discontinued, we will try to find a suitable alternative for you during the phone call or email exchange.
What is a parent product?
In our online shop, we display a huge number of products. In order to keep track of over 3,000 products, we have combined a series of individual products into product groups, under so-called parent products. Parent products include sub-products which are different versions of a particular product, such as different colours, grammages or formats. The parent product's number always starts with PM. These parent products cannot be ordered. You have to select the required version first, then you can add the product to your shopping cart. This product number starts with PD.
Example:
You are looking for the product 'Attraction', in brilliant white, 100g/m² quality, DIN A4 format.
What's the best way to find it?
- In the main menu bar, go to the term 'Premium paper'. A drop-down menu will open. You can select the paper type via the relevant 'Attraction' menu item.
- The following page will display all products of this kind, including the product 'Attraction A4'.
- Selecting this product takes you to parent product PMK35. Now decide on the particular colour and grammage. In this case, select 'brilliant white' (by clicking on the colour field) and '100g/m²' for grammage. This will lead you to the desired product PDK3512445 which you can add to your shopping cart.
Can I have a sample of my product?
There are two important things that can help you decide when selecting the correct paper:
1. The Paper Book:
The Paper Book provides an overview of our entire range of laser printer and copier grade papers. The Paper Book includes an original sample of every type of paper. All important information about the particular paper type is printed on that sheet, for example order number, available colours and grammages as well as additional information such as uses. The individual samples are printed and bound into a book with spiral binding. They can therefore not be used for test purposes. The Paper Book is the right help if you want to get an overview of what kind of papers exist.
2. The Tester Packs:
We offer a separate sample pack for every paper type in our range. The sample pack gives you a complete overview of the relevant paper type. The sample pack contains original samples of all available colours of a paper type, all available grammages and original samples of available envelopes and cards of this type. The sample sheets are DIN A4, without printing. Therefore, these samples are ideal for test purposes, with the advantage that you can see whether the particular paper works well with your printer.
You can also find out if you like the selected paper when it's printed or if it suits your design, as printed paper often looks very different. Another advantage compared with individual sample sheets is that the sample pack contains all available colours and surfaces of a paper type. You may find that another colour is more suitable than the initially chosen colour. The sample packs are therefore ideal in helping you decide. You will save time and prevent costly returns. You can order all sample packs from our online shop. Simply enter the search term 'sample pack' and select the relevant type. The sample packs can also be found as products right by the individual paper types. You will also find an overview of the contents for each sample pack.
Is it possible to order larger quantities or custom-made products?
